Infrastructure Diecasting Machines
We have 8 pressure die casting machines installed in our factory having capabilities upto 250T in cold , chamber process and upto 40T in hotchamber process


Tool Room
We have a well established tool room equipped with EDM.3.HMT milling machines.6 Kirloskar lathes. Praga surface grinders etc. Facility of 3D modelling with CAM ,CNC wire cut, CNC milling machine. HMT cylindrical grinder. HMT surface grinder and CNC lathe are available in our town for tool fabrication work

Factory Area
Our factory is constructed in an area of 20.000 sq. ft. We have purchased another piece of land measuring 10.000sq. ft for establishing another factory for manufacturing die cast components.


Our Capacity
We can supply 40,000 zinc based alloy die cast components daily. We are amongst the first few die casters who have successfully developed the technology to die cast high magnesium-low silicon aluminum alloys in India

Technical Features
A. Accuracy
We manufacture precision diecast components within 100 microns general tolerance in complex shapes and designs with minimal porosity, hardware surface finish and wall thickness less than 1 mm with practically no limits in areas of angularity, prependicularity, concentricity, centre distances, parallelism,run outs and eccentricity. We go as low as 50 microns in critical areas.


B. Surface Finish
We are producing blemishless components in die casting, which have hardware finishing that matches with international standards and have zero rejection rates in chrome-plating.
